Job Description

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Dean of the School of Business and Economics

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A

POSITION SUMMARY: Applications are invited for a nontenuretrack assistant professor position in the Moravian University School of Business and Economics in Fall 2024. Successful candidates will have both 1 a masters degree in an appropriate field (accounting tax or information systems) and 2 professional certification (CPA CMA or CISA). A law degree can be substituted for those candidates interested in teaching federal income taxation. The School has a strong interest in candidates who can teach a wide range of accounting courses in one or more of the following fields: federal income taxes financial accounting managerial accounting and accounting information systems including data analytics. The search will remain open until the position is filled; priority is given to candidates who can be available to start the Fall 2024 semester on August 26 2024.
