Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Administrator/Host is responsible for providing administrative support to the F&B department while ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the front of house. This role includes handling reservations coordinating events assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate documentation. The Administrator/Host serves as a key point of contact for guests ensuring smooth communication between the service team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records manage schedules and prepare reports related to F&B operations.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests manage reservations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising special events and private dining experiences.
- Inventory Management: Support stock control order supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all F&B policies health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests service staff and management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Billing & Transactions: Assist in processing payments invoices and maintaining financial records.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or frontofhouse role within the hospitality industry.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

- Working Conditions: This role requires flexibility including working evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
