As a personal assistant (m/f/x) you will support (senior) management in completing their daily tasks and occasionally help with project topics.

YOUR JOB

  • Supporting (senior) management in daily business operations
  • Preparing reports presentations and summaries
  • Planning coordinating and organising meetings events and business trips
  • Drafting agendas meeting minutes and various other documents
  • Being responsible for all organisational and administrative tasks
  • Managing correspondence with internal and external contacts in both German and English

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed business apprenticeship or degree in business administration
  • Professional experience in the business sector in a project environment or in a comparable area of responsibility
  • Strong organisational skills excellent comprehension and the ability to react flexibly to changing requirements
  • Highly motivated and committed with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident friendly and professional demeanour
  • Very good German and English language skills both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package applications and an affinity for digital topics and technologies
