We are looking for an entrepreneurial Group Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) business. This role will contribute to all aspects of our business with a specific focus on helping every customer unlock the huge value of Sales Navigator from SMBs through global enterprises. In this remit you will work with partners to define our strategy and product experiences for sellers program admins and others critical to customers realizing value. In success you will help every seller be more effective by finding the right people successfully sparking valuable relationships and showing up highly prepared and youll make a huge impact on the business as a result.
You will work with crossfunctional peers across LinkedIn as well as our ecosystem partners. Your passion for building valuable innovative products will serve you well as you lead development of cutting edge technologies and market differentiating customer features that will drive the next step of our evolution as a B2B marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Work with Product Design Engineering Business Development AI and Marketing to create and articulate a compelling vision strategy and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from stakeholder teams and executives to translate strategy into actionable product milestones that deliver incremental value to our customers.
Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers partners sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap
Define product metrics objectives and key results to help guide prioritize and measure the success of the strategy product initiatives and releases for the LSS business.
Work crossfunctionally with engineering data sciences marketing legal and business development teams to build release promote and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in a technologyrelated field or equivalent experience.
9 years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
3 years of managerial experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MS or higher degree in a technologyrelated field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical nontechnical partner and executive audiences alike
Exceptional ability to lead crossfunctional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers data scientists and designers.
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches.
Experience building products with strong focus on user experience datadriven decision making; exposure to B2B SaaS products
