About You
Reporting to the Director People Partnering & Talent the Senior Manager People Partnering is a pivotal role that offers strategic HR leadership across the Operations Portfolio. Adopting a pragmatic approach this role collaborates with the Operations Executive Leadership team to design and implement effective people solutions working closely with the Centres of Excellence within the People Team.
As a senior HR leader this role is responsible for driving various elements of the People Strategy such as strategic workforce planning talent management and capability enhancement while helping to operationalise these strategies within the business context. A primary focus is empowering people leaders through effective coaching and constructive feedback.
With a bigpicture perspective the Senior Manager People Partnering delivers tailored people solutions influences key decisionmakers and contributes to business success by aligning both personnel and organisational agendas.
To be successful in this position youll have:
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead teams integrate resources and coordinate processes systems people and policies.
Experience as a senior human resource leader with expertise in business partnering talent management and workforce planning
Consulting skills with experience in developing pragmatic innovative and outcomefocused solutions.
Solid knowledge of contemporary HR practices and strategies including strategic workforce planning performance management remuneration and reward and organisational change.
Proven ability to manage change in complex and challenging environments.
Experience in coaching executive teams.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to sensitively engage with employees and stakeholders.
Courage and capability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Proven ability to stay updated on changes in the HR environment and translate these into impacts for the organisation.
