Principal Product Manager - Tech Partner Account Infrastructure Selling Partner Infrastructure

Lead the vision and strategic direction of Amazons global partner ecosystem by spearheading the development of our nextgeneration partner account platform. In this pivotal role youll shape the technical foundation that enables seamless integration across Amazons diverse business lines impacting millions of partners worldwide and driving multibillion dollar revenue streams.

We are looking for someone with:
Proven track record of leading largescale distributed systems projects
Deep understanding of cloud architecture API design and security protocols
Experience with identity management systems and authorization frameworks
Strong technical writing and communication skills able to influence senior stakeholders






Key job responsibilities
Define and drive the longterm technical vision for Amazons Partner account infrastructure
Lead highimpact crossorganizational initiatives to revolutionize partner onboarding and program adoption
Architect complex systems that enable seamless integration across diverse Amazon business units
Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to optimize the partner ecosystem
Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business goals
Mentor product and engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence

A day in the life
As a Principal Technical Product Manager youll be at the forefront of solving complex ecosystemwide challenges. Youll collaborate with Clevel executives and senior leaders across Amazon to define the longterm technical strategy for Partner engagement. Your expertise will guide critical decisions on system architecture data models and integration patterns that will shape Partner experiences for years to come.

About the team
Our team is responsible for the core infrastructure powering Amazons Partner relationships. Were a group of product leaders and technologists dedicated to building scalable secure and innovative solutions. We work at the intersection of multiple Amazon businesses driving technical excellence and strategic alignment across the entire Partner ecosystem.

8 years of end to end product delivery experience
Bachelors degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science engineering statistics
Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well communicate clearly and effectively influence across crossfunctional teams
Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience technical product management

Experience leading crossorganizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
Experience interpreting and communicating analytics
Knowledge of SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
