Location: Sitapura Jaipur Rajasthan
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Pay: Upto 20000 per month Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultoriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls handling inbound inquiries and converting potential leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls & explain products/services
Lead generation via calls and emails
Manage B2B profiles and client relationships.
Conduct market research and achieve sales targets.
Achieve daily/weekly targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Basic knowledge of MS Office CRM tools and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Telecalling / Sales / Customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
