Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers handling inquiries resolving customer issues generating leads or sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with interested leads and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve targets for daily calls lead generation and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telacalling and customer support roles.
Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
Fluent in English Hindi and Gujarati.
