Senior Ag Account Manager
Job Overview: Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their Risk Management team in West Des Moines IA supporting a rapidly growing AG Specialty Practice.

This is a Direct Hire role.
What you will be doing as a Senior Ag Account Manager- Manage client accounts with accuracy ensuring all deadlines and service commitments are met.
- Assist producers in marketing and placing new and renewal business while adhering to established workflows.
- Proactively expand industry knowledge on regulatory requirements tools and client resources.
- Provide exceptional client support answering policyrelated questions and offering expert guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and enhanced service delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in agricultural insurance specialization.
- Collaborate with teams across Claims Legal Safety Marketing and Technology to optimize client solutions.
- Take a proactive approach to managing your book of business ensuring client needs are met effectively.
- Round out coverage for accounts in collaboration with the service team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problemsolving mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
- Relationship management expertise to build trust with clients and carriers.

- High ethical standards in handling company client and producer responsibilities.
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Senior Ag Account Manager- High School Diploma or GED required; a two or fouryear degree is preferred.
- 3 years of commercial insurance experience either at a carrier or agency.
- P&C Insurance license required.
- Experience managing Agriculture Accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of EPIC Agency Management Software is a plus.
