This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially strong community-focused institution with a long-standing commitment to serving the agricultural industry. The Ag Lender will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of agricultural clients providing tailored lending solutions and fostering strong relationships within the farming community.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in agricultural or commercial lending
Strong understanding of ag operations ag credit analysis and financial structuring
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong client relationships
Bachelors degree in Finance Agribusiness Business or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
