Position Objective
As a Sr Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. you will lead engineering projects that are vital to the flawless manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products. This is an outstanding chance to work with a dynamic team dedicated to making a worldclass impact in both research and commercial markets.
Essential Functions:
Successfully coordinate and manage all engineering projects ensuring they meet cost schedule and quality objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans lead all aspects of thirdparty teams and maintain an individual project portfolio.
Technical Support Offer expert advice on HVAC electrical plumbing and life safety systems. Provide mentorship on business continuity systems including UPS generators and power conditioning.
Capital Planning Aid in developing and sustaining a multiyear capital plan for building systems encompassing cost estimates project dependencies and priority assessments.
BMS Management Coordinate the building management system ensuring accurate drawings and data management with internal and external support.
Purchasing Support Manage supplier relationships develop product specifications and support contract negotiations and bid
reviews.
Scope
This role requires outstanding communication skills the ability to collaborate across teams and a proven track record in facilities engineering
and project management. Operating with minimal supervision you will determine priorities and strategies to improve efficiency and
sustainability within our site operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 710 years in facilities engineering/management and project management within a regulated manufacturing
environment.
Skills: Strong project management fiscal management problemsolving and data analysis skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and CMMS.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $93800.00$140675.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
