How to contribute to our vision
We are now recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our Service Operations Team at East Anglia Hub projects located off the coast of Lowestoft Suffolk. The projects currently covering East Anglia One and East Anglia Three will grow to also include East Anglia Two.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Manage the identification of necessary training and booking training for the team
Manage invoicing and ordering
Helping with the onboarding of new team members
Monitoring of the distribution of key communications
Manage document control
Assist with the coordination of day to day works
Adhoc meeting minutes
Responding to adhoc team support requests
Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office.
The post holder may be required to perform duties other than those given in the job description.

If you are new to the wind industry please do not be discouraged from applying. Siemens Gamesa is looking to recruit top talent and if you can demonstrate the necessary aptitude and skills required to develop into a Maintenance and Troubleshoot technician we can provide the necessary technical safety and leadership training.
Ideally this role requires someone with experience working as a Technician preferably within the wind industry however new industry entrants will also be considered. You will have experience of working with a large range of contractors and customers. You will have practical experience of working with MS Office applications and preferably SAP MORS and remote diagnostic tools.
You will be a competent individual who is able to work under pressure and Lead a team of service technicians. This role also requires you to have some knowledge about health and safety legislations. Ideally you will have a Comprehensive understanding of and a consistent ability to demonstrate your own competency levels as a Technician Competent Technician Maintenance Technician and Troubleshoot Technician.
Please note that this role also requires shift working as per business needs. Further details will be finalised for the shift pattern closer to when the site becomes operational however due to the nature of the offshore industry expect seasonal fluctuations in shift patterns to fit around weather windows. Due to the location of the role and the role requirements the successful candidate must have a valid driving licence. You must be willing to transfer to Wind Turbine Generator locations by both CTV and Helicopter.
