Job Overview
Support Commercial Solutions Commercial Ops Team in all Market Measurement Data Offering daytoday Activities. Responsible for the preparation of revenue tracking and reporting leading Roadmap and Cadence calls to determine country level risk and opportunities as well as revenue analysis such as revenue (offerings and client segment) trends forecasting sales targeting KPI tracking and implementation of process improvements to help increase sales efficiency and excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a global role and gain/ build upon commercial sales operations and business acumen. The role works closely with sales teams offering and business leadership with great exposure to the wider business.
Essential Functions
Revenue Tracking and Analysis: Complete ownership of revenue tracking process utilising internal financial tools to retrieve data and working with global finance/ commercial teams to gain full visibility of all relevant business revenues. Reviewing revenue trends and YoY variance drivers.
Forecast and Budget Preparation: Monthly revenue forecast building taking into consideration revenues and pipeline opportunities.
Monthly Presentation Support: Preparing monthly and adhoc high quality commercial/ financial decks illustrating revenue dynamics and sales KPIs for President use.
Risk & Opportunity Analysis: working closely with sales and offering leads understanding and identifying risks to business forecast mitigations to risks and potential upsides above forecast.
Adhoc queries and analysis
Proactively develops knowledge of business and function.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
Bachelors Degree
Two 2 years of relevant operations experience
Can work with large (sometimes disjointed) data
Excellent time management
Ability to show great initiative and action request with limited inputs
Excellent Microsoft Excel (sumifs iferror and good IT literacy)
Experience with CRM and financial reporting tools advantageous (Hyperion/ HFM SAP Salesforce)
Excellent attention to detail high analytical thinking
