The role of the Officer Corporate Lending Operations (Guarantees team) involves issuing recording and managing domestic guarantees and standby letters of credit within our product systems. The team is dedicated to enhancing customer advocacy increasing risk awareness and fostering a highperformance culture with a skilled workforce.
Guarantees are part of Corporate Lending Operations (CLO) within WIB Operations. The team supports the Corporate & Institutional Bank (CIB) and Trade customers who need Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs) and Domestic Guarantees for Australia New Zealand and the Asia Branch as well as syndicated guarantees where Westpac is a participant. They are also involved in projects related to our product systems LoanIQ and BankTrade along with new product initiatives.
This is a fulltime position based at our Parramatta office. A hybrid working arrangement is available after training and working hours are from 8:30am 5pm MondayFriday with some flexibility around start/finish times.
