The Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive shortterm treatment facility for individuals who have intellectual disabilities and cooccurring mental illnesses. IBC provides an environment for building healthy effective and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.
The Shift Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of one or more assigned residential treatment units during assigned shifts including implementation of client treatment scheduling of Direct Support Professionals direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals and maintaining the physical plant.
