Raytheon Advance ProductsSolution(APS) isseeking a Program Manager(PM) Productionsto overseeprogram area activity within theRaytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products SSBU).
This role willcollaboratewith otherprogram managerstaff in setting program plan vision and tactical direction for programimplementationby multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the programs engineering operations supply chain finance mission assurance and program operations teams.
What You Will Do
Supportand presentProgram ManagementReviews (PMRs)Estimate at Completions (EACs) as well as coordinatingcustomerTechnical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
Coordinate and align interactions expectation and transactions betweencustomersand other primes
Understandand representcustomerneedsto stakeholders
Developand maintainexcellentrelationshipswith thecustomercounterparts
Manageopportunity cost quality and schedule performance and technical aspects
Support proposal preparation statements of work and specifications negotiation and administration of contracts with the customer
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors degree in a related field with minimum 8 yearsof relevant experience (such as Program or Project Management Finance Supply Chain etc)
Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) program teams
Experiencesupportingcrossfunctionalteams
Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management experience
Experience supporting proposal efforts
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
An activeand transferableSecret level U.S. government issued security clearance ispriorto start date. U.S. citizenship is as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Excellentcommunicationsskills and experience presenting tocustomersand senior key team members
Experience working with complexteams/projects across multiple business platforms
Experience with EOIR technologies and projects
Thoroughorganizationandcommunicationsskills
Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical andmanagementefforts currently underway while buildingstrongcustomerrelationshipto continue receive/competefor followon contracts
Knowledge of Operations Supply Chain and Financials

The salary range for this role is 112000 USD 224000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
