About this role:
The Territory Planning & Analytics (TP&A) team is at the center of delivering against our CEOs top priorities rapidlygrowing the sales force and increasing sales productivity. We provide strategic advice to corporate and senior Sales leaders across the globe to ensure the best return on the companys substantial annual investment in incremental sales professionals.
The Territory Innovation team is responsible for scaling the impact of our various programs and processes making sure we understand the needs of the sales force to help create scalable products solutions that help increase the sales productivity overall experience utilizing both data and technology. Through the use of cuttingedge technologies like Gen AI advanced analytics Cloud and Data engineering we bring all the innovative ideas to life.
We are searching for top talent that will help us to solve the most challenging problems in the IT world. You will have access to large sets of complex data and utilize your skills in developing/supporting products that solve complex data problems automate existing processes and think beyond whats defined to create truly innovative solutions.
What will you do:
You will be responsible for the of our data strategy through design and development of the databased products and automation solutions.
Participate in architecture design and implementation of highperformance scalable and optimized data solutions.
Integrate data from a wide variety of sources including on premise databases and external data sources with rest APIs and harvesting tools.
Work with business stakeholders to support their data needs and work with other technical teams to bring product ideas to life.
Work closely with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into userfriendly frontend applications that enhance datadriven decisionmaking.
What you will need:
Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems
25 years handson experience in solutioning and developing scalable Cloud based products.
Expert in programming using Python having experience with Azure and services like Databricks Batch Jobs or similar experience on AWS.
Experience with Python Frameworks like PySpark FastAPI Pandas Numpy.
Exposure to Data Science concepts which may include MLOps (Docker Kubernetes).
Experience in OOPS concept Data structure and design (architecture design patterns and scaling)
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data to design and deliver meaningful solutions.
Experience integrating with APIs to build cloud based products and services.
Exposure on creating Functions and Stored procedures with SQL on RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).
