Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate data related to daycare boarding grooming and training client records working fully remote to support our team.

  • Update reconcile and maintain billing and payment data with high accuracy whether working remote or collaborating with onsite staff.

  • Generate and distribute operational reports including occupancy and revenue metrics from your remote workspace.

  • Ensure all data entries comply with company standards and confidentiality protocols even when inputting remotely from different systems.

  • Collaborate via remote communication tools (e.g. Slack email video) with the front desk kennel and grooming departments to resolve data discrepancies.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data processing data entry or administrative roles strongly suited for remote work given the independence required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) scheduling or CRM software and reporting tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail organizational ability and comfort working remote with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup to support your remote responsibilities.

2+ years of administrative or data management experience, preferably in a pet-care, hospitality, or customer-service environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, scheduling or CRM systems, and the ability to work effectively onsite and remotely. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage confidential information. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members onsite and via remote tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms). Flexibility to spend part of your week onsite at the facility and part working remote, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
