Senior Finance Business Partner

We need someone who can partner with senior leaders not just crunch numbers; someone who understands that finance isnt just about tracking performanceits about shaping it.
Youll work closely with leadership teams across local and international business units. From Marketing to Operations Tech to Customer Successyoull be the force behind the numbers helping drive decisions that lead to sustainable growth and bold innovation.
What Youll Do
- Act as a true business partnerowning financial conversations not just joining them.
- Lead forecasting budgeting and strategic financial planning.
- Drive databacked decisions through strong financial modeling and analysis.
- Implement effective commercial practices and profitability insights.
- Champion process excellence continuously improving how finance works across the company.
Qualifications :
Youre a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 5 years as a strategic finance business partner with a proven impact on decisionmaking.
- Experience advising Csuite or executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and business modeling skills.
- Fluency in Power BI SQL and financial tools to tell the story behind the numbers.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge question and guide.
- The ability to lead crossfunctional projects and manage complex business cases.

Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
