Job Description
Role Overview
The Finance Executive will support day-to-day accounting operations financial reporting and compliance activities. This role will also liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate billing vendor management and procurement documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP/AR processes and prepare vouchers/invoices
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Track project budgets and coordinate with procurement/sourcing teams
- Prepare financial reports cash flow summaries and ad hoc analysis
- Liaise with external auditors tax agents and regulatory bodies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-4 years of accounting or finance experience
- Familiar with Excel QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Detail-oriented organised and strong with numbers
