About the Role:
we are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Sales Manager Luxury Escapades to drive sales and deliver bespoke travel experiences for our highnetworth clientele. In this role you will curate exclusive travel solutions build strong relationships with luxury clients and collaborate with premium service providers to enhance our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Luxury Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage highnetworth individuals and corporate clients for luxury travel services.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with clients preferences and expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging existing networks and prospecting new clients.
Bespoke Travel Planning:
- Curate and customize exclusive travel itineraries ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with luxury hotels resorts concierge services and experience providers globally.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide personalized hightouch service ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor offering expert insights and recommendations for unique experiences.
Market & Industry Insights:
- Stay informed about luxury travel trends competitor offerings and emerging destinations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with highend travel service providers and lifestyle brand.
Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless travel and exceptional service delivery.
- Address client concerns promptly and efficiently maintaining the highest service standards.
Requirements:
- 58 years of sales experience in luxury travel hospitality or highend lifestyle services.
- Strong understanding of luxury travel preferences premium destinations and exclusive experiences.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and fostering longterm client relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills tailored for highprofile clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple highvalue clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- MBA in Hospitality or Tourism Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Knowledge of global luxury destinations and cultural nuances.
- Experience working with travel management software and online booking tools.
