As a leading strategic business partner and consumer insights for key brands within the Taste Elevation platform you will have the opportunity to directly impact and influence the future strategic direction of the iconic Kraft Enhancers portfolio (i.e. Salad Dressing Mayo BBQ) as well as accelerate the growth of an emerging health and wellness brand Primal Kitchen.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to develop and execute the strategy on our brands by influencing key decisions across the base and strategy arm of the business from consumer targeting and brand strategy/positioning to renovation and nearin innovation decisions (i.e. LTOs line extensions) to communication evaluation (and more).
Leading critical initiatives based on business goals including consumer deaveraging strategic brand renovations point of difference portfolio strategy etc. by developing and executing comprehensive research plans.
Guiding the strategic direction and positioning of renovation and valueengineering initiatives by delivering clear consumer insights strategic guardrails/actionstandards for success etc.
Leading yearly strategic grounding analyses for supporting categoriesSpoonables (Mayo) Salad Dressing and BBQ in preparation for situational assessment/brand plans.
Conducting biannual brand health assessments for the Kraft Enhancers portfolio and Primal Kitchen.
Developing research best practices for the organization.
Working with research vendors to provide bestinclass research approaches for agility speed and breakthrough insights.
I have extensive experience in a strategic insights/consumer research role within CPG
I am proficient in various market research techniques including both qualitative and quantitative methods
I have worked with both primary and secondary data sources
I am knowledgable of syndicated research tools (e.g. Nielsen Circana etc. as well as agile research tools methodologies and applications
I have a strong understanding of marketing processes business strategy and brand renovation
I possess strong storytelling skills and have ability to influence all levels of an organization

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
