Program Manager Powertrain Components
Auburn Hills
FullTime $130000 Bonus
Are you a Program Manager with proven experience launching powertrain programs from concept through to production Ready to take ownership of highimpact projects with a global supplier at the forefront of powertrain technology
Were partnering with a leading powertrain component manufacturer that supports major OEMs and Tier 1s. Due to continued growth and the award of new business they are looking for a Program Manager who can hit the ground running.
The Opportunity:
In this role youll be responsible for the endtoend of new product launches and major engineering changes acting as the key liaison between internal teams and the customer. Youll manage program timing cost quality and scope ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff through to SOP.
What Youll Bring:
- Program Management experience within the automotive powertrain sector
- A track record of successfully launching new products and managing major changes
- Familiarity with APQP PPAP and Stage Gate processes
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead crossfunctional teams and engage with OEM or Tier 1 customers
- Ability to work with engineering manufacturing and commercial teams to keep programs on track
