Overview:


This role will be a Hybrid role. After the first 90days it will move into a 4 days onsite 1 day remote.

Job Description:


Manages and oversees the implementation maintenance and enhancement of HR information systems to support the organizations HR strategies and objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages the implementation and maintenance of HRIS software and systems.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to HRIS systems and technology.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of HRIS policies and procedures.
  • Manages the HRIS team and ensures that all HRIS projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify and address HRISrelated issues. Ensures data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system.
  • Stays uptodate with HRIS trends and best practices to ensure the organization is utilizing the most effective technology. Develops and delivers HRIS training to HRIS Staff.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Masters degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience Human Resources required. Healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three years management experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite required.
