Review and moderate usergenerated content across various platforms in German.
Ensure that all content adheres to community guidelines and company policies.
Evaluate content for accuracy quality and relevance.
Report and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal regulations.
Work closely with the team to improve the quality of moderation and content standards.
Participate in training sessions to stay uptodate on content policies tools and industry best practices.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content moderation processes.
Requirements:
Native or fluent in German (C1 or higher).
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Detailoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
