JOB SUMMARY:
As an Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful of projects. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service. Additionally you will identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing client relationships and work to resolve any issues that arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the engagement with client to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement automation solutions that align with clients Digital Transformation goals.
- Manage onshore and offshore teams.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and deploy automation technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- 1016 years of experience in project management with a focus on automation and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing largescale projects in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and their application in business processes.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
