Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retention Agent to join our dynamic team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention and possess excellent communication skills. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients ensuring their continued satisfaction and promoting our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage client inquiries and complaints effectively ensuring a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies aimed at improving customer retention rates.
Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to better serve our clients.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Retention Agent is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary starting at 2200 (depending on experience and performance) plus rent compensation.
