Work Schedule: Rotational shifts 24/7 8hour shifts 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Relocation Package Includes:
- 300 BGN monthly rental allowance for the duration of the contract
- 150 BGN flight reimbursement (processed either upon arrival or with the first salary)

About the Role
As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist you will play a crucial role in content moderation ensuring online safety by reviewing and monitoring digital content and advertisements. This position requires Danish and English language proficiency and involves handling sensitive materials including content that may contain violence or other restricted media.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review usergenerated content and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Identify and remove inappropriate harmful or policyviolating content in a timely manner.
- Analyze and assess content based on guidelines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Work efficiently in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
- Report trends and insights to improve trust and safety measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine policies and ensure a safe digital environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (C2 and proficient in English (B2.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts 24/7 schedule) including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
