Job Description
Requirements:
- 5 years of handson experience in digital marketing with a focus on ecommerce and D2C brands.
- Proven track record of scaling brands improving ROAS and reducing CAC.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads and email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics GA4 and performance dashboards.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring marketing teams.
- Must be based in Lahore and open to inperson meetings or collaborations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop own and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram) Google Ads and TikTok.
- Lead the email marketing strategy including automation segmentation and performance optimization (using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
- Oversee the brands social media presence ensuring consistent messaging and community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations and detailed reports.
- Collaborate with content creators designers and performance marketers to maintain cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals (if required).
