Are you an ambitious resultsdriven sales professional with a passion for property Were looking for a Senior Property Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding property management company in Birmingham and Glasgow. What Youll Be Doing:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients and property investors to generate new business and expand the companys client base.
LinkedIn Engagement: Identify and engage with decisionmakers and key prospects through LinkedIn. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to open up new opportunities.
Email Prospecting: Use email campaigns to engage with potential clients nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
OffMarket Property Sourcing: Identify and source offmarket property opportunities for investment or sale.
Property Sourcing: Actively seek new property listings developing a deep understanding of market trends and available properties.
Market Research: Conduct indepth market research to understand property trends opportunities and competitor activity.
CRM Management: Track and manage all sales activities keeping your CRM up to date and ensuring a seamless followup process.
Lead Generation: Utilise various tools and platforms to generate leads and expand your network in the property sector.
Negotiation: Manage client expectations negotiate deals and close sales with a focus on providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role preferably in property or a related field.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
A proactive selfstarter with a hunger to succeed and achieve targets.
Experience in cold calling LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of the property market or a willingness to learn.
Experience in sourcing offmarket properties is a plus.
