Role - MIS Executive
Location - Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Sales and
Business Development teams in preparing high-quality documents and content for
large-scale opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the
development of concept notes project documentation tender compliance matrices and
product collateral that align with customer requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Note & Proposal Development:
Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to draft compelling concept notes
and solution briefs.
Assist in structuring and formatting business proposals to ensure consistency
and professionalism.
Tailor proposals and concept notes based on client needs RFP/RFQ details and
business positioning.
Tender & Bid Support:
Analyze tender/RFP documents to extract and understand key compliance
requirements.
Prepare tender compliance matrices and track submissions across stakeholders.
Support the collation of all technical and commercial documentation for timely
submission.
Project Documentation:
Assist in drafting and organizing key project documents such as scopes of work
(SOW) implementation plans and client deliverables.
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams (technical finance legal) to
finalize documents.
Product & Solution Information:
Compile and maintain up-to-date product information use cases and application
notes.
Support the customization of product presentations and datasheets based on
client segments or project requirements.
Coordination and Follow-Up:
Serve as a coordination point between Sales Technical and Product teams for
documentation-related tasks.
Track progress of documentation tasks and ensure timely completion for
submission deadlines.
Maintain and update a centralized repository of standard templates previous
proposals compliance documents etc.
Document lessons learned and inputs from submitted bids to improve future
submissions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong written communication and document structuring skills.
Familiarity with business proposal writing and tender documentation.
Basic understanding of technical or engineering products (preferred but not
mandatory).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document
management tools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Communications or
related fields.
2 5 years of experience in sales support bid/proposal writing or business
documentation roles.
Experience in working on large-scale government/commercial tenders is a plus.
Additional Notes:
Prior experience in industries such as infrastructure IT energy or smart solutions will
be advantageous collaborative role that demands coordination across multiple
departments excellent communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
