Job Responsibilities:
Develops Digital marketing strategy by understanding the business objectives and goals and continuously monitoring the competition.
Planning all Digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email marketing lead-generation campaigns Google Ad Words WhatsApp marketing and social media campaigns.
Social Media Marketing on sites such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Twitter and YouTube. Focusing on overall platform growth and engagement.
Stays updated on trends and competition activities shares ideas based on such insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Design and execute emailers internal communication to drive the Corporate communications need of the company.
Executing Branding initiatives and closely monitor the brand guidelines across all platforms and communication to ensure standardization.
Brainstorming ideas for Digital Employee engagement through social channels and running various campaigns.
Online Reputation Management through platforms such as Glassdoor and Google Reviews continuously monitoring and managing genuine positive reviews on company and culture. Ensuring positive image of company is maintained.
Creating marketing decks corporate presentations vertical wise capability decks and sales pitches for business development from time to time.
Making the Company Website Interactive by working closely with the web developer to update latest information.
Managing and executing content marketing through blogs and engaging with content team for the same.
Collaborate with various teams such as design team and content team to ensure all deliverables are met.
Continuously engage with Sales and Delivery teams to get insights on campaigns.
Reports performance of all marketing campaigns (KPIs) on monthly quarterly basis by maintaining MIS reports and dashboards on Analytics.
Identify and collaborate with vendors/ freelancers / agencies for any outsourcing requirements of marketing activities.
Identify new avenues for branding marketing and digital presence.
