We seek a driven and resultsorientedSr Account Executive SMB EU to join our fastgrowing SaaS sales team. As an AE you will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in Europes SMB market. You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decisionmakers at target accounts uncover their pain points and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges. Ultimately your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads close highvalue deals and exceed quota.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospective clients unique requirements and challenges with respect to their GRC needs.
Closing leads from SMB EU market with an ACV of 515K ARR & carrying an annual quota of 400K
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales support marketing and product development to ensure seamless of sales strategies.
Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
Negotiate pricing contracts and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the customers needs.
Requirements
Must have 4 8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry preferably as an Account Executive or a similar role.
Previous experience handling EU as a territory must have sold to SMB with highvelocity sales.
Experience in advanced sales methodologies like MEDDIC MEDDPICC Sandler etc is a plus.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and driven to succeed.
Proficient with Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator among othersales stack tools.
