- A Culinary Pro strong cooking skills & deep ingredient knowledge
- Experience at Head Chef or Senior Chef Level in a similar venue
- A Menu Innovator balancing creativity & costeffectiveness
- A Natural Leader experienced in team development & performance
- A Pro at Planning & Organisation thrives under pressure & meets goals
- Business Savvy strong understanding of P&Ls KPIs & cost control
- Legally & Professionally Qualified HACCP knowledge & relevant certifications
