Job Description

  • Remuneration Level 7: $110073 $superannuation.
  • Employment Type: Full Time Fixed term cover to May 2026 35hour week)
  • Location: Kensington NSW (The successful candidate will work on campus minimum three days a week)

Position Summary:

The Coordinator Major Programs plays a key role within the Business School in assisting primarily with the coordination of the delivery and support of the major programs in the Faculty such as but not limited to Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce. The role will work closely with the Associate Deans (UG/PG Programs) course authorities academic teaching staff the Education Portfolio Academics Leads Program Directors Career Accelerator & Student Engagement team and School Support teams to ensure the delivery of courses and programs.

The role of Coordinator Major Programs acts as an independent point of first contact and liaison. The successful candidate will provide program coordination and act as the interface to pull together the consistent delivery of courses in major programs. This includes but is not limited to workload planning sessional recruitment marketing/recruitment quality considerations and staff and student liaison. The result will be an integrated high standard quality experience for students
