We are currently have an opportunity for multiple Support Worker vacancies based in Corinda. Were seeking a clientfocused positive individual eager to learn and work well in a team. The role offers flexible shifts including mornings afternoons and occasional sleepovers. No prior experience is required as long as you have a cando attitude and a willingness to learn. Teamwork effective communication and clientcentered care are key in this role.
What Youll Do:
- Helping people achieve their NDIS goals by developing daily skills such as housekeeping personal care social skills and budgeting.
- Assisting with personal care as required meal planning cooking light cleaning and facilitating community connections.
- Supporting daily activities such as going for walks attending movies or accompanying appointments.

What We Look For:
- Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
- Experience and empathy in providing highquality support in a SIL environment or with complex disabilities while fostering independence for clients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days evenings early mornings weekends and sleepovers.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Required Clearances:
Willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).
- Open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance.
