Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Administrator.

Requirements

Proficient in Red Rabbit and WeconnectU TPN
More jnr role however needs to have experience in managing maintenance and inspections in the rental management environment
An ability to work under pressure and understand the role entails a level of after hours and weekends.
Has experience in tenant vetting process
Has a keen knowledge of Excel and a good mathematic brain
Ability to time manage effectively
Good with dead line driven tasks
Time management skills
Good follow up skills
