Job Description: Talent Acquisition head
Location: Brookfield (ITPL) Bangalore( WFO)
Experience: 14 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days of notice only.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing highvolume recruitment with a strong background in bulk hiring having closed 300400 positions within a year. You will lead the recruitment strategy processes and team ensuring the organization attracts top talent to meet business objectives. As a strategic leader you will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to drive our hiring needs and build a diverse and highperforming workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead and manage the endtoend recruitment process across all levels of the organization.
o Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the companys growth and business goals.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and drive recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
o Build and scale recruitment teams to support hiring needs especially during periods of high volume.
o Manage the recruitment process for bulk hiring ensuring that we meet targets for 300400 positions per year.
o Oversee the development and of recruitment campaigns leveraging multiple channels to attract candidates efficiently.
o Build strong lasting relationships with external vendors agencies and recruitment partners to expand the talent pool.
o Continuously optimize the recruitment process to improve efficiency and reduce timetohire.
o Ensure adherence to all recruitment metrics tracking KPIs such as timetofill quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.
o Drive the use of technology and tools (ATS HRIS and other recruitment software) to streamline and scale recruitment processes.
o Create and implement best practices for talent acquisition and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
o Lead mentor and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals to deliver exceptional results.
o Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration continuous learning and innovation.
o Provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
o Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs and provide advisory support on recruitment best practices.
o Act as a key advisor to leadership teams on workforce planning recruitment trends and labor market insights.
o Ensure a seamless candidate experience through effective communication and transparent processes.
o Lead efforts to enhance employer branding and showcase the company as an employer of choice in the talent marketplace.
o Stay current with market trends competitor practices and best recruitment techniques to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
