This is a Hybrid role the Financial Crime Compliance team working from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.
Financial Crime Compliance at Capital on Tap
The Financial Crime function within the broader Risk and Compliance team is responsible for the ongoing management of the companys Financial Crime policies procedures and controls. This includes risk assessment and ongoing assurance of AML compliance business advisory and management of high risk customer and suspicious activity escalations.
What Youll Be Doing
You will deputise for the MLRO managing a team of three Financial Crime Compliance Professionals. Providing advice to first line operational functions and other areas of the business as appropriate.

Interview Process
First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)
Second stage: 45 minute CV overview with Team Manager (Video call) and case study which would be shared ahead of the interview to be discussed.
Final stage: 60 minute technical assessment with Head of Deparment (In person) and 30 minute interview with Executive Leadership
