Essential Functions:
- Plans and administers effective management and delivery of quality patient care for assigned programs and areas.
- Plans and operationalizes growth within assigned area.
- Works as a school nurse at one of our partner schools on an asneeded basis when required due to staffing constraints.
- Manages multiple school nursing partnerships and ensures all obligations are met.
- Promotes continuous improvement by developing and revising standards implementing appropriate corrective actions to resolve discrepancies ensuring adherence to continuous performance improvement and ensuring compliance with the Corporate Integrity Program.
- Remains abreast of developments and trends in areas of responsibility.
Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
Licensure Requirement:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio required.
Certifications:
School Nurse Certifications required.
Experience:
Three years pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist Biohazard waste Blood and/or Bodily Fluids Climb stairs/ladder Communicable Diseases and/or Pathogens Lifting / Carrying: 010 lbs Lifting / Carrying: 1120 lbs Squat/kneel
