Job Description
We are seeking an LPN for a Long Term Care facility within a 75-mile radius. The position requires working the night shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am with rotating weekends. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience a valid NY license and be BLS certified. Responsibilities include floating to different units within the same building that house patient populations such as MS orthopedic dementia and memory care utilizing the PointClick Care EMR system. LPN/LVN Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (Nursing)
