Ellsworth Corporation a global industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has a Part Time Customer Service Representative opportunity at GDI Adhesives. This role reports into our GDI Adhesives Division located in Germantown WI.

You will meet all customer requirements for a Business Unit with the goal of total customer satisfaction by entering and processing customer orders communicating all customer requirements to appropriate departments and ensuring that all orders are shipped as requested by the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes customer order expedite and change requests by working with production and purchasing to determine availability of products.
- Performs reviews of the released orders to ensure order status is up to date in the system works with various departments to determine the status of orders and communicates to customers the status of their orders.
- Works with Quality to satisfy customer complaint issue; generate customer product return paperwork as needed.
- Releases customer purchase orders to production and verifies customer orders for assigned Business Unit(s) to ensure proper level of detail
- Verifies customer sample orders into the ERP
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree and 3 years of experience as an analyst in supply chain or finance. Or other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent.
- Aboveaverage Excel skills to include ability to write and edit queries create and manipulate Pivot Tables perform VLookups and other advanced formulas.
- Strong experience with other MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP systems.
