Colonial Honda is onthe lookout for a Finance & Insurance Manager whos ready to shift their career into high gear!

As aF&I Manager at Colonial Honda youll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide them in exploring financing options selecting essential addons and finalizing their vehicle purchase with confidence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
  • Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
  • Sales of AddOns: Offer valuable products like extended warranties insurance and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and of all financing and insurancerelated paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

What Youll Need

  • Proven experience in sales and financial transactions with previous automotive experience a strong asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfocused mindset.
  • A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
