Fort Collins Nissan is seeking an elitelevel General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our highperforming sales team to new heights. This is a rare opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to step into a key leadership role within a respected and growthdriven dealership.

Lead motivate and develop a dynamic team of Sales Consultants Finance Managers and support staff to achieve and surpass dealership sales goals.
Drive performance across new used leasing and subprime finance segmentsensuring profitability and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Design and implement sales strategies that drive volume while maintaining high CSI and team cohesion.
Maintain deep knowledge of Nissan products and evolving industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
Monitor analyze and act on key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and results.
Collaborate with the Fixed Ops and Finance departments to ensure operational excellence across the dealership.
Recruit train and retain toptier sales talent instilling a culture of accountability integrity and constant improvement.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and dealership policies.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales leadership with demonstrated success as a Sales or General Sales Manager.
Proven expertise in new and preowned vehicle sales leasing strategies and subprime credit.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a passion for mentorship and performance development.
Highlevel understanding of sales forecasting inventory management and desking deals.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems DMS platforms (Dealertrack Eleads Vauto) and digital retailing tools.
Exceptional communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
