Job Description

Roosevelt Elementary is seeking a special education teacher who will be teaching 35 RLA resource classes and be a classroom inclusionist.

Knowledge of subjects assigned and general knowledge of curriculum and instruction. Adept at instructing students and managing their behavior. The ability to motivate students and inspire the confidence needed for everyday skills and tasks. Excellent communication skills are also vital as you will interact with students parents and educators on a daily basis.

Bachelors degree from an accredited university

Valid Special Education teaching certificate with required endorsements
