Position Type: FullTime 7:30am4:00pm MondayFriday.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic highly detailed orientated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Manager. The Case Manager will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our clinic responsible for hiring managing scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and passion for helping others can make a meaningful impact
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring process including recruitment screening and onboarding of new staff members.
- Coordinate schedules for therapists and clients ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation including progress notes treatment plans and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between clients therapists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and coordination of care.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families addressing questions concerns and resource needs as appropriate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in case management healthcare administration managing a team or a related.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
