Job Summary:
The HRBP serves as a coordinator ensuring compliance with the countries regulations. This role supports countryspecific needs facilitates coordination of HR processes and ensures business segment HRBP being aligned and realizing synergies. By leveraging data insights the HRBP recommends strategies to attract retain and develop talent ensuring harmonized HR practices being in place across the country.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
1. HR Leadership & Industrial Relations Management
- Act as a thought partner to country business leaders and coordinate HR processes to maintain committed and motivated teams across the country.
- Shape an employer brand supporting current and future business needs leveraging data and ensuring alignment with countryspecific goals.
- Ensure compliance and create synergies in talent management across hiretoretire processes including recruiting and development tailored to the countrys needs.
- Coordinate joint works council communications and convert enterprise policies in local guidelines in collaboration with HRBP.
- Maximize harmonization of C&B approach/standard in the country
- Manage and resolve individual as well as collective employee relations matters including support of performance improvement plan development and delivery as required; conducts effective thorough and objective investigations as required.
- Drive the discussion with Work Councils; Provide labor relations support when needed

- Ensure a positive overall employee experience feedback to HRBP on team dynamic talent and leadership development needs etc.
- Deliver culture efforts and identify businessspecific opportunities ensuring alignment with the countrys needs.
- Ensure harmonization of policies and processes under reflection of business segment and countryspecific requirements.
- Lead compliance to policies and risk reduction by managing complex employee relations investigations remediation and corrective actions tailored to the countrys regulations and standards.
3. Foundational
- Liaise with crossfunctional HR groups to support the business leveraging the full HR network of Strategic Partners and CoE Partners.
- Demonstrate financial acumen to drive impact and holistically shape human capital decisions tailored to the countrys needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or French Labor Law degree
Minimum 5 years experience directly related HR experience
Deep knowledge in Industrial Relations
Ability to act independently and quickly solve problems make decisions with a strong customer oriented focus
Embraces change and demonstrates ability to operate as an agent of change
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in HRIS (Workday is a plus)
Strong Business Acumen
