Who We Want
As a Partial Pricing Representative you will help build and lead Arrives Partials Line of Business to achieve substantial revenue growth and market penetration. From day one you will help develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to position Arrive as a leader in the partial space. You will be part of a Team dedicated to fostering a highperforming culture driving collaboration innovation and exceptional results.
What Youll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Identify and price partial quotes effectively.
- Capitalize on market opportunities emerging trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams RevGen operations pricing marketing to align goals and optimize performance.
Sales and Business Development
- Lead the development and of sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for crossselling and upselling.
Operational Excellence
- Helps oversee the daytoday operations of the partial business ensuring efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Leadership to implement robust processes and systems to support growth and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business logistics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the 3PL space preferably focused on the Partial Mode.
- Proven track record of success in building and leading highperforming teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation and customer service.

$70000 $85000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $70000 $85000 plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations. Within the range individual pay is determined based on work location jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training.
