Kustom US Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Indianapolis IN. The General Manager providesleadership for our team. The General Manager is responsible for overall office sales growth and profitability. We are aggressive in our goals and we will challenge you to perform at the highest levels.
You will focus on effective communication coaching training development and engagement with your team. You will provide great leadership for employee relations. Your opendoor policy provides a constructive place for employees to go to resolve workplace issues and concerns. You will foster a positive labor/management relationship. - Perform consistent and productive performance reviews with staff.

- Review invoices and accounts payable/receivables; actively participate in various other branchrelated accounting functions.
- Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control waste reduction quality.
- Maintain adequate jobrelated equipment and materials.
- Oversee job cost and procedures.
- Review and approve direct reports expense reports.
- Responsible for creating and executing the Annual Operating Plan to achieve growth and profitability goals.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Eligibility to operate a motor vehicle per company policy.
