Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Varies (Graveyard and occasional daytime shifts)
Job Description:
D&B Property Maintenance is looking for a motivated and experienced Pressure Washing Lead to oversee our pressure washing crew. This leadership role is ideal for someone who can balance handson work with strong team management skills ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pressure washing crew on job sites
Follow directions from supervisors and execute tasks efficiently
Ensure job quality safety and professionalism across all sites
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Operate pressure washing equipment and handle equipment maintenance
Requirements:
Previous pressure washing or related field experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Able to take direction and maintain highquality work
Personable reliable and able to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with graveyard shifts and working at heights
